Copy existing typolight website to a new domain?

Hi,

I hope that someone may be able to help with this (hopefully simple) query.

I have a website built using typolight. On another domain I have an old website that I would like to upgrade and replace with a mirror image of the typolight website, changing the text, content, logo etc.

How do I go about doing this? Do I download / "get" all files from the server and upload them to the new domain? I tried this, but not all the information was there..!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Download all the files and put them on the new server.

You also need to export a MySQL database and import it to your new installation. Take a look at this article: http://dev.contao.org/wiki/1/TutorialsImportTemplate
