Just upgraded a website to 2.9 on a host where soap is only just enabled. I wanted to install all the extensions thrue the extension-catalog option. Since then I always done it manually here. I see that the folderurl extension isn't available in the 2.9 version of Contao.
So a few questions about it, and related to it:

Will there b soon an update for this extension, and changelanuage)?
Is it harmfull to manually install (in this case) the older version?
Is it somehow possible to make manually installed extensions to show up and to update in the extensionmanager?
Is there a way to show extensions for older versions in the catalog?
