[upgrade] Themes compatibility

I'm using quickpoll with theme that has a folder for templates. eg. /templates/my-folder
The extension does not read the template in the my-folder folder

It seems that quickpoll not works with the themes feature

UPDATE:
on the back end my template not is visible on the "QuickPoll layout" menu.
If i select the qpoll_default.tpl and i create this file on the /templates/my-folder, the extension use this template file.

Well since there is no document to tell developers what changes to make, we kinda have to figure it out with trial and error. I missed that, because I assumed (possibly correctly) that the same template function will be used, but simply include the group folder as well. However, leo added a new parameter to check the module ID to find the folder.

I've made a new version which is only 2.9 compatible, so that it will take this new function into account.
