Title legend and help tip in BE not working

Hi everybody,

I've got a strange thing after updating to Contao 2.9.1. After updating everything seems to be fine. But in the backend title legends do not collapse anymore and help tips are not visible when I hover the help text-line :?:

Hi Brian,

Thanks for your help. The problem was the .htaccess file. After deactivating it everything was fine! I downloaded my site to my local WAMP server.
