'Modules' in Layout Missing

Hello everyone. I've just installed (local) and try Contao, but 'Modules' is not appearing in Back-End Modules under Layouts (Theme, Site Structure & Template). I'm starting to transfer my html file using this CMS and got lost when I'm trying to create a module.

I watched the screencast in youtube and i'm pinned down to continue building because i can't see the 'modules' and can't see where I can browse the page 'Access Protection' on back-end settings.

Do I miss something? Sorry for being so newbie here. Any help please.

Its changed a little....
Click Themes.
Within Themes are CSS, Modules (the little cogs) and Page Layouts

Hello,

I am little confused. When I click on Themes, there is notification "No records found, and I can`t find anything above. There are just options "New theme", "Import theme" and "Edit multiple".

You must create a theme before starting to create modules, because from version 2.9 modules are children of themes.
