Forum Setting

I got a problem with helpdesk/forum. I have logged in from frentend, but i can't leave message on Forum. It shows
(You need to be logged in to add a message)

May I know what to do?

I moved this to the extension support forum. What version of Contao and the Helpdesk/Forum extension are you using? Have you made any changes to the site recently that may have caused this?

Thanks Ben,
I just moved the web from one folder to another, but the database lost, so I rebuild everything. Only the forum does not work. The forum is helpdesk/forum 1.3.0 stable. Can I uninstall it and install again?
