I want to see the form clear

Hi everybody!
I'm a software developer from spain, and I'm recently working with typolight webCMS 2.4, to give support to an existing web implemented with typolight.
I' have a problem using forms, the issue is that the first time I load the form page to fill data It apears clear, but after submit the form, every time I load the form page it apears with the last values.
I try to uncheck the save data on the backend, but then users can edit his forms.
What can I do to see the form clear every time I want to fill new data?

Hi fparadell , this is a hard question to answer, as Typolight is largely ALL forms!
Is this frontend or backend? Are the forms made with the Form Generator?
You might need to give a url or more specific detail if you can.

The same isue ocurs on the frontend and the backend.
The form is made with the form generator.
I can't give an url to see the page, because it is an intranet web.
It's about to make comercial logs. Every time a comercial goes to visit a costumer, they have to fill a form whit visit data.
The isue is that every time they have to clear the form manually to enter new data.

I don't know sorry, but will adjusting caching in the page layout or in Settings fix it (i've forgotten if these are available in 2.4)

I would say this is a cache problem. You should upgrade to version 2.9.1

Can you tell me how can I upgrade typolight version without lost my web database content?
