Hi,

I've just setup a new search box on a site. If you search for something that doesn't exist then it reports that ok. If you search for something that does exist then I get a ton of errors!

Search for Research and you'll get errors. Strangely, Research errors, research doesn't ('R')
I've already had problems with this clients server with SOAP and the extensions manager.

Yes, look at this FAQ entry.

Further, it looks like there's a problem with the extension "slideshow2" (I get some 404 errors)

Additionally, you should also check your navigation sub-template "nav_xxx.tpl" - there also could be a mistake with a wrong CSS ID identifier "nav"...

Slideshow2 errors... do you mean no images are showing up? Everything fine from my end and also colleague in Switzerland.

I think I'm gonna try get the client to change hosting also, problem is I'm off on holiday from Saturday for 6 weeks!

The mentioned images for the loader are present?

Just checked and all those images exist on the server..

I'm struggling to replicate the error. Have cleared cache, checked with Opera, Safari, FF, IE but shows fine.

Hmm, when I try to load one of these images directly in the browser, e.g. http://www.medinovaresearch.com/dev/ind ... ader-0.png then I get a "Page not found" error. Have you configured an appropriate "Error 404" page in your back end module "Site structure"? I would suggest you to repair the extension in the back end module "Extension manager".

For your information: There's still a problem with the CSS ID "nav". You can use a CSS ID only once on a page. You added this ID in the navigation template, so this would be repeated accordingly.

I'm not actually using the nav ID so I've removed it altogether

Extension Manager not working on this server, issues with SOAP I'm trying to get sorted by a non-existent support!

I'm enabled URL rewrites and http://www.medinovaresearch.com/dev/plu ... ader-0.png works for me now instead of redirecting.
