Gallery created by a Member

I need my members to be able to upload their own images to their "profile" and have them displayed on their member-details page.

I already created a form with an image-upload element that can only be accesses by logged in members...but I have no idea where the image should be saved.

I have a page that display a member's profile information. I would like the images the member uploaded to display on that page to anyone (guests and members).

What is the best way to go about doing this? It seems like the functionality is there, but I can't figure it out.
