registration_info_mailer not working

Hi there,

I just activated "activation message" in the registration_info_mailer from the root page.
Then I registered a testuser from the frontend, and logged in as an administrator in the backend and clicked on the "eye-icon" to activate the member I just registered. The problem is that no activation-mail is comming to the mailadress I registered in my testuser. Can someone help me with this? What's wrong?
Also, where can I find the "Help wizard"? I read about it in the documents, but can't find it anywhere.

The "Help wizard" icon you find in the "Website root" in your "Site structure" and it lists all available RIM insert tags.

I'm sorry, but I can't find it. I clicked the Site Structure and then the pencil icon on the riht of the Website Root. I can then see "Edit Id 1" and all the stuff in my root page (as well as the area "Registration Info Mailer"), but no Help Wizard Icon. :?
Is this where you mean it would be?
