Problem with Google Adsense

I put Google Adsense code into the module Custom-html code and add this module to the page layout. Ad units do not appear immediately on the main page. To see them you must go to any other page. What's the problem?

Do you have two page layouts? That is: is the main page layout different to the others?

I have one page layout.I see blocks of Adsense on the main page after the return to it from another page.
