Default Product's listing from a folder

    Hi, it's me again ^^

I wonder if it is possible using isotope, to use a module Product List on a folder?

Because I intend to allow the client to upload a RAR file and extracted himself. And then I can do a Product List of all new folder created.

    Thank you for your help!

Not sure how you would ever go about doing this, doyl. What would the folder contain? How would you determine the attributes and/or values?

Anything you would do would be 100% custom to your client's folder structure.

i thought it was possible to upload a rar file on the server. Then this file is extract in a folder, and from this folder you can use the module product list for all this folder contain.

Basically, everything is possible if you find a (good) developer ;-)
However, what you description sounds like a 100% custom solution, so there is no default fix for that.

Hi! I'm trying to do the same. This is the message I've prepared before to see your.

Is it possible to add multiples articles based on a folder of pictures in an isotope shop?
I did a shop with isotope for a photographer friend.
The problem is that he needs to add a distinct article for each photo he wants to sell.
He does sports photos and his dream would be to simply select the target folder containing all pictures he has taken during a competion to add articles.
The article name could be the file name and variants are always sames.

Is there something existing to do that or nearly do that?
@doyl : maybe could we do something together because think it would be useful to create an extension

    Thanks,
It's not a problem to put all image files directly through FTP so I think a dont need "unzip" but how did you do in isotope to batch create articles?

Okay! I plan to develop an option allowing to add multiple articles based of an images folder.
Then, i just need to edit the name and the price of each article.
I think it will be helpful for everybody using isotope.

Can winanscreative or andreas.schempp help me to start? I'm a bit lost in isotope files
