Settings don't save after moving installation

Hi,

I created this website : http://www.ryco247.com with Contao

After moving the installation from a server, to an other server,
i modified the localconfig.php settings (FTP, DB),
but i have now an issue,
on the website administration, Settings page, it doesn't want to save any modification.
is there an another file than localconfig.php to modify when you move a Contao installation?

please check if the PHP process has write permissions on the localconfig.php file.

you can run the Contao System Check Tool to check whether the installation is fine or whether you need to configure the so called Safe Mode Hack (SMH).

Jan, how do i check the PHP process?

i launched the contao check, and

in file permission, i have 2 errors, create directory and create file
and i can see a lot of corrupt files most of them in contao and system folders.

and of course, i have this: You will most likely not be able to run Contao without the Safe Mode Hack.

not a good sign i presume.

i found,

2 things, there where some files missing ( LGPL, INSTALL, GPL, GHANGELOG txt files).

and i change the permission for the tmp, logs and html folders, as they say in the Safe Mode Hack Configuration.

it works now.
