I've created an extension which allows the user to mark images he wants to provide visitors for usage in facebook posts.

Could anyone please confirm whether this extension fixes the issue of images not coming up in FB for Contao News articles? (Using Contao 2.11)

Yes, as this extension adds certain markings for FB to recognize the images. Feel free to test it and answer here if you are having trouble...
