Default jQuery is not defined error with coinslider

    Hi there.

Can anybody help me correct the following error:

    Code:
    Message: 'jQuery' is not defined
    Line: 12
    Character: 1
    Code: 0
    URI: http://edenpark.dk/system/modules/co...-slider.min.js

    Message: 'jQuery' is not defined
    Line: 155
    Character: 1
    Code: 0
    URI: http://edenpark.dk/postkasser.html
I started to get problems with coinslider as I updated the extensions I use on my site.

Hope to hear from you guys soon.

    Thanks.
    Andreas

Did you consider the installation instructions?
You should change your page layouts by selecting "use jQuery" under "Advanced Settings".
Choose "use jQuery and MooTools" if you want to use this two scripts simultaneously in your pages.
Which Contao version are you using?

    Thank you very much Ruud.

I didn't consider that I should change that option when updating from an older version of coin slider.

I was about to consider some jQuery.noConflict() solution - but sometimes the solution is more simple and just around the corner

    Have a nice day.

jQuery.noConflict is probably the way this is solved now using the existing setting as well. jQuery can play nice, Mootools has a harder time adjusting and is default for Contao, so I'd say adapting jQuery was done...
