A few questions like: Plug-in URL in the settings?

Hello i'm new here so excuse the question. Just playing with Contao at the moment and liking what i'm seeing. I uploaded 2.95 and it worked fine although i was unsure with installing the extensions. Do i need to get a license from the vendor each time? How do i do this? I changed to 2.10 RC1 and can't find the extension repository at all, nothing comes up.
The tiny MCE problem i managed to solve myself, thanks to the forum (TEXT, not able to save)
Should i wait till 2.10 is released before continuing. Thanks & best wishes Neil

Could it be that the URL in the settings page is wrong? Anyone able to tell me the URL of the Plug-In setting? Thanks Neil

Don't worry about it. I re-installed. 2.95 and everything is fine now. Will play around till 2.10 is released and then try again. Cheers N
