CSS error after upgrading to 2.10

Hi All,

after running live update from 2.95 to 2.10 I get the following error when going to frontend:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception Exception with message File system/scripts/landing.css does not exist thrown in /home/duocria/domains/duocriativo.nl/public_html/system/libraries/Combiner.php on line 109

When I manually copy the landing.css to the indicated folder system/scripts/ the frontend works fine.

By default contao stores CSS in the main folder, why is it expecting this css in the system/scripts/ folder ?

Iposted teh same question on the German forum this seems to be a small bug.
copying all css files from main folder to system/scripts/ solves this issue
