Extensions adapted for Contao 2.10

Easy way to fix most extensions to work with 2.10 is to simply copy the .tpl files to .xhtml and .html5. Later non-professional developers will get round to updating the templates and tweak the extensions.

Although all the "form submits" need to be tracked down too, and a hidden input field added to generate the request token.

yes but not many extensions use form submits. so this was just a quick hack fix.
