No Modules option 2.10.1

I am new to Contao. I watched the tutorial video where it shows selecting "Modules" under layout in the back end. There is no "Modules" option available. Why is that?

Modules,CSS and Page Layouts are now all under Themes

I don't see it there, all that is under "themes" is the default theme and then if you select New theme it's not there either (see attached)[attachment=0:2ikkridb]ContaoScreenCap.jpg[/attachment:2ikkridb]

make sure you have one theme, and once its saved look for the icons on the right (the little cogs icon is Modules)
