    Default relations between catalogs

    Hello

I have a problem and I don’t really know how to solve it, I hope someone will be so kind to help me.

The structure is the following: a product is included in a range, a range contains color references.
When I select a product, I want to see the related colors regarding the range.
I am turning around since a few days without success and without finding the clue in the documentation…
I’ve tried various combinations with the catalog reader, and the catalog reference but I miss something because I never reach the color!

I’ve created 3 catalogs (Products, Ranges and Colors)
In the Products catalog a field (type tags) links the Ranges catalog.
In the Ranges catalog a field (type tags) links the Colors Catalog

At this point, if I look at the detail of a Product I can see the range; if I look at the detail of a range I can see the colors.

Could you help me to reach the colors when I look at the detail of a product?

    Thank’s in advance
    Eric

    Hi evantro,
i think this wouldn't work for you. The catalog can handle it from one Katalog to the other... not in three ways. Maybe you can change it and make 2 catalogs for that not three?
