How to support new (unknow) file type download

Hello,
I am using Contao 2.9.5 with Catalog module 2.0.

There is a file field in my catalog table call "file download" and I have already checked "Create link as file download or image lightbox" in field defination. Then I created a Catalog List module to show the list of some items.
My problem is when I choose some file which its type is known to Contao (such as pdf, doc file, etc), the download link will be created by Contao. But other files I created such as .txt file or .mp4 file, the download link will not be created.
I don't know if the problem is on Contao or the Catalog module. Any can help me?

Have you tried adding txt and mp4 as download file types in Contao Settings?
