Activation of member, after payment

Hi there forum!

I was wondering, if it's possible for me to use fx Isotope to make a webshop and when my customers buy, let's say a "subscription" (one time for 14 days) to some e-learning, they are redirected to PayPal and afterwards, after they have paid the fee, they recieve the activation-email. Or maybe get the activation-email when they register, but only get access to some content, after they have paid.

I hope you can help, as I need this, and would like it to be in Contao, rather than to build my own system and use this along side with contao.

EDIT: I should notice here that I've not yet used Isotope and therefore I do not know the possibilities of it

It would be great if someone has a solution to this - the functionality would be very useful for an upcoming project I've got.
