Are you blocking some browsers, bots or referers? Try to deactivate your extensions. Also it's a good idea to validate your page. And please don't load resources from external domains http://zoompf.com/2012/05/html5shiv-and ... positories

I try to disable all modules, but no results! Then I added a new root page without subpages I got this "No active pages found". O.K. But, when I created the first active page I get this error message "Page not found".
Where it's the problem? DB?

No DB problem. May be server config, your server account config, htaccess settings, BE-system-settings. With more than one rootpages one rootpages needs a domain.
