Ecommerce in Contao themes?

I'd like to know if the official Contao themes made by iNet Robots are compatible with the Contao e-commerce extension Isotope.

Why not? A theme contains just some CSS and I think the iNet Robots additionaly some example modules, pages and content. But you have to additionaly add some CSS for the isotope modules as for almost every contao extension.
