Exclude news content from Search results

Actually,

I don't want to exclude news articles from search, but I have news module where I write all the content in the news teaser (in most of cases - those are short news that don't have to have individual page for displaying). But, when I do search for some keyword, as result, search engine returns links to the news articles which are empty (article text).

Is there some way, to get links which are targeting an exact page where the word is detected?

If not, is there a way to hide news module in search results?

The search engine indexes entire pages.

Exclude pages
You can exclude entire pages by selecting "do not search" which is an option per page.

Exclude only parts of pages
You can include/exclude specific parts of pages by adding html comments:

anything in between is not in search results
