Can I duplicate an existing website?

Hello. Assuming I want to make a new website, that is very similar to one I've already created, same modules etc, just the design is a little different, could I just duplicate the file that contains the existing website, create a new database and connect the new database to the duplicated website, adjust the design and I would have a new website?

Create a copy of all files and the database, put both to a new webspace, change the localconfig.php to the new database-login-data and voilá

Just make sure, that your second website doesn't connect to the same database as your first one.

No better option is that you don't copy the content of your old website.. Google is very smart it can easily identify you are doing some thing against it..
