Anonymous login

Is there any way to post articles from anonymous users (w/o registration and login) and after then publish this post/article by administrator?

With Contao core - no.

You could of course propably programm an individual extension to achieve that effect.

What you can do is add the element type "Comments" to an existing article. This allows users to comment on your existing article(s). You can configure if user log-in and/or moderation is required.

This is an option, but like Rian said, this is just a simple comments-box - nothing fancy at all (no images, styled articles, etc.). It's merely like a comment in a blog or a simple guestbook.
