Problem with starting an application within conato

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with starting Contao. I already installed contao and get all updates. Now I'm trying to open an existent application that is built using contao but could not do that .. the error message is "the object is not found", 'The requested URL was not found on the server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or out of date. Please inform the author of that page about the error. '

By the way previously I could open the application and work on it befor I format my laptop. Any suggestion to solve the problem ... Thanks in advance

please first check if you can open the web server start page: http://localhost

Maybe the same problem as last time, i.e. port 80 blocked by the firewall.

The local host is working. I open contao and there is no problem with it

my local host not uses port 80, it uses 85, 53233, 57170

Sorry, are you talking about a local installation (running a local web server on your PC/Laptop) or about an online installation? If the latter, do you have a link?

If you get a "Not Found" error then you'd have to check whether the requested URL or resource is still available or valid.

I meant I tried to ess it locally. I tried to login to the backend but it said login failure nothing else as shown the photo that I attach

Instead of admin try just username k.jones with password kevinjones.

my application is built using contao 2.11 and I tried to access its interfaces(back-end) to add new modules and create new pages but I can't and there is no error message, it just say that the log in failed. Any ideas to know what is going on?!

Admin is the user name that is used to build the application that I am working on.

I changed the password, but still not working. There is no error message about wrong password or username just log in failed !!!
