Is this extention compatible with your Contao version?!

But without telling us what exactly happens it will be not easy to help you.

pct_customelements http://www.premium-contao-themes.com...-elements.html seems to be a commercial extension. Please refer to vendor support.

I've checked your error messages, can't find a difference between them, why do you post them twice? Please delete second one.

I use one of their themes and this extension and have no issues (Contao 3.2.9). In the past I have used their service desk and they respond swiftly to English requests and you get a proper English answer, the language should not be a problem. You have obviously followed their installation manual, but just to check:

Step 2 of their installation manual requires you to create/upload the files folder for this extension.
Step 3 of their installation manual tells you to log into the back-end and update the database. It also tells you to check if the extension is available and if not, what the procedure is to fix this.

Since your back-end is accessible you should check in there first if the extension is installed and if the database is up-to-date.

If this does not help you then your quickest route is to contact them directly.
