I want to enable the Topbar - Hot line in Quantum Theme

I need to enable the Topbar-Hot line in my Contao Web site : http://ecommercepartners.nl/ . But i can't enable.
All the module name start with '_Themesettings' is not working, Please check the attached screenshot.

In the Screenshot , Theme Module name like ' _Themesettings: Topbar Text (kopie) [_Themesettings: Topbar - Hotline] ', but In the Theme Layout -> Include Module section like this ' _Themesettings: Topbar Text (kopie) [] '. Its Not Working. It Should like this format ' _Themesettings: Topbar Text (kopie) [_Themesettings: Topbar - Hotline] '. _Themesettings: Topbar - Hotline This text is missing in the square bracket .

Can you please explain how to enable this?

From where do you have the Quantum Theme? Best check there where you bought it. It seams not to be a free Theme.

If it is, pls. let us know from where you have it

Btw. if you need help here we appreciate it to know the Versions of Contao etc. You will get much faster help if we not have to ask first.
