In late December, I made the updates site under two contao 3.2.16 (core + extensions) hosted by phpnet.org
Since yesterday, when I go to the extension manager or extensions catalog, I still have the same message:

Could not connect to the repository server

I completed the test check available contao the result is

PHP 5.4.28

Concerning the extension repository I have

PHP SOAP extension

The PHP SOAP extension is available.
PHP OpenSSL extension

The PHP OpenSSL extension is enabled.
Connection test

A connection to contao.org could be established.
You can use the Extension Repository on this server.

Does anyone he meets the same problem or idea to solve this?

Maybe there's some problem with authentication https://github.com/contao/core/issues/7553
Search on github contao core for "wsdl".
Do you use
http://contao.org/services/repository.wsdl
or
https://contao.org/services/repository.wsdl
?

The configuration was on http://contao.org/services/repository.wsdl and everything worked before the updates in php by my host.
Changing with https: // and everything is back to normal.
