Google Analytics on Contao 3.1.4 help

Hello,

can you please help me to figure out why GA code won't work anymore. On web there was an old GA code that was shown up when i looked at source code of site, but when I changed old GA ID with new one in template, it didn't work and now it seems like template dosen't work anymore as I can't see GA script in source code of site.

So can somebody help me please? I also tried with creating new ga template, and inside theme I deactivated old ga template and activited new and still no code when I check webage source code. Also tried to put GA script in field for custom javascript, but inside google analytics I see tracking not installed.

And you won't see the code when you are logged into BE in same browser.
