Format date with sprintf in combinedvalues attribute

Hi everyone,

I've created a combined value from a date, a time and a text value.
With sprintf, how to format the date with l d F Y and time with H:i (with h instead of : separator) ?

for now, I finally use a personalized template with each attribute and with default H:i.
