footer and header are missing in display column

I use layout with header-footer-left - right column, but when I want to add article in footer -there are only options for main and right column?
Does someone help with this?

Did you add "Article" in your layout to this column? Otherwise I remember there was such a bug in an earlier version. Update to 3.5.12 if not already.
