Contao 3.5.12 / 2 Problems with Lost password

Hi everyone,

On a page, I have a "Lost password" module.

1. If security question is activated, the form don't work as it still ask me to fill the security question.

2. If I disable the security question, the email is sent. But when clicking on the link, I'm back to the same page without the form and with message "Impossible to proced the request".

What is wrong ?

I think I solved the second question. The module was on the same page as the module "create an account".
