Default Reset file path for images etc. when moving from Contao 3.x->4.x

    Hi everybody.
    I need help here.
I have updated my Contao 3.x to 4.x. The migrated SQL database expect image files etc to be located here: public_html/files/, but Contao 4.x expect these files to be located here: /public_html/web/. If I want my old articles, news etc to link to right files, and I want the old image files to show up in the new File Manager, then I will have to duplicate my image files directory and put a copy in both directories. Thats gonna cost twice the use of space on the webserver...
So guys and girls, please lent a helping hand.

    Best Regards

Open the file manager in the Contao back end and set all directories which should be publicly accessible to "Public". Contao should then automatically generate the corresponding symlinks from /public_html/web/files to /public_html/files/.
