    MM for Contao 5

We have decided to release a version MM 2.4 before version MM 3 and use it to ensure compatibility with Contao 5. Our focus is then again on the future LTS (5.3) and PHP 8.2.

The CCA tools such as the DCG have been adapted in a DEV version so that they can be installed under Contao 5.

Adjustments are currently being made to the MM Core as well as the attributes and and filters for a 2.3 release and preparation for MM 2.4.
All repositories are being checked with the new version 2 of the "PHP code quality project (PHPCQ)" tool collection. One component is, for example, the "Psalm" tool which analyses the code and provides information on errors. This includes, for example, matching declarations and passing of parameters in methods, correct implementation of interfaces, reporting of deprecations, consistent typing and much more, consistent typing and much more. As PHP has now become "stricter" than in 2012/2013 at the start with MM, some lines of code have to be have to be adapted. However, we are working on a speedy processing and hope to be able to provide MM 2.4 for Contao 5 in the near future.
The current status is here: https://github.com/MetaModels/core/issues/1502
