I have put the last MM bundle via FTP to upgrade, and i have an error in the FE and the BE

In the FE Fatal error: Call to undefined function array_column() in /var/www/default_vds/edel/system/modules/metamodelsattribute_tabletext/templates/mm_attr_tabletext.html5 on line 16

In the BE Fatal error: Call to undefined function MetaModels\Attribute\TableText\array_column() in /var/www/default_vds/edel/system/modules/metamodelsattribute_tabletext/classes/src/MetaModels/Attribute/TableText/TableText.php on line 308
