Where to define custom layout sections?

I'm using Contao 3.5.3 and can't find custom layout sections anywhere. It's supposedly to be in settings but I have no luck finding it. Anyone?

I still can't find them, I can only see layouts (see picture). Problem is, there are already two or more custom defined layout selections which I can choose when editing layouts, but I can't find them or create new ones.

Please edit one of your page layouts and you will find the corresponding field.

I have already two defined Custom layout sections there (picture). When choosing Column of modules, I can choose any of them and it will show on page. If I define/write new Custom layout section, and choose that for one for one of my modules, it won't show anywhere on the page, not even in source code, any help?

Are you using a custom fe_page Template?

Since you have 7 different page layouts: Make sure that the page layout is also assigned (or inherited) for the page in question.
