Contao 4.4 can't find "Add the language to the URL" in setting. And how to configure multilanguage in contao 4.4?

This is configured in app/config/config.yml (you have to create the file yourself if it doesn't exist yet):

contao:
    prepend_locale: true

Contao is basically multilingual. Configure the language in the website root page. To switch between different languages, you can use terminal42/contao-changelanguage.
