member registration form on protected pages

Hi all

I have a question about the member registration form which I attached to a pasword protected page, but its not showing frontend.
All other content however is showing as should on these pages and articles, so i wonder if there is something with the module itself that prevents it form beeing visible on protected pages?
I'm pretty sure i've checked all options. All access limitations is unchecked apart from on the page setup, and page belongs to the right member group.

I know i might sound wierd haveing a member signup on a protected page, this is however only a temporary setup.

Assign the protected section of the group members?

I have already assigned the user group to that module and to the page, but it dosent seem to change anything.!

Any clues would be great
