Problem account manager - members

Hello Forum members,

When I want to see the list of members within the account manager I get the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1069847 bytes) in /home/.sites/81/site18/web/system/libraries/Template.php on line 166

I search this problem on Google and found out it could be something to do with the PHP.ini and not enough memory size (8M instead of 16M). So I asked my hosting provider to set this at 16M. When I tried out to use this function it still did not work.

Is there someone with a solution for this problem?

are you sure your provider increased the php memory? What do php-info or the typolight-checktool say?

PS: 16 M is still very small, you won't have too much fun working with that.

I checked the Typolight-check tool and it is still 8M! I will contact my hosting provider again.
