EFG error into not EFG related form

I receive this error message whan I want save my new form, it's not EFG related form just basic contact form.

installation and all modules are update.

I was just planning to send a message about exactly the same error.
I have used EFG for a long time, but since my update to Typlolight 2.7.4 I get this error in my logfile.
I thougt it had someting to do with the use of 'baseline' in Controller.php. So I downgraded this file to version 2.7.3. Things were going better, but now I get a blank screen when I safe a form. And no errormessage.

HELP?

1. Move the templates from "system/modules/efg/templates/master" to "system/modules/efg/templates".
2. Open "system/modules/efg/ModuleFormdata.php" and remove "/master" in lines 176, 207, 247 and 296.

And don't forget to ask Tom to adopt these changes in the next release
