Default Navigation-Module - Start Level absolute, not relative - how

    Hello!

I need to specify a start level for the navigation module (standard 2.7.5) but not like it is handled by default (in a relative way). If I set it to level 2 it should show everything below/including level 2 but counted from the website root and not always 2 levels below the actual position.

Has anyone changed the module before to archive this?
Is it possible already but I am too stupid?

The point is that the navigation has to be level-sensitive in this way. Every manual definition of a start point/page of the navigation is no solution because the later users of the website will duplicate and turn off certain pages and branches so a manual definition of the starting level by a certain page will not work anymore.

    Thanks for your help!

Vuk - have you realized a solution for this? I'm going to move if from the Newbie forum to Using TYPOlight, since it is not a very simple question.
