How can i create the custom navigation menu for this structure:

- page level 1
-- page level 2
--- page level 3
--- page level 3
-- page level 2
--- page level 3

I need ONLY level 3 pages in output

When you created menu module there is three options: Start level, Stop level and Hard limit.

Try Start level = 2 (2 becouse first is 0), Stop level = 2 and check Hard limit. If not, you have to play with these options.

mmm... it's not working. when I set start=2 & stop = 2 with hard limit, in frontend i have this:

Yes, that's the reason. Maybe use "Custom navigation" module for this.

Also, have you tried setting start and stop limits to be 3 in your standard navigation module?
