    Default Manual upgrade problem

    Hi

Trying to manually upgrade from 2.6.x to 2.7.6 I have run into some problems:

I downloaded Typolight 2.7.6, unpacked and deleted system/config folder. Then I synchronized to my FTP account, only uploading changes. Then I upgraded the database using install.php

The system works fine, but 2.6.x didn't have collapsing elements in admin interface and 2.7.6 do, I experience some strange behavior.

This is a sceenshot of what it looks like editing a record. Notice the collapsing elements looking odd and having no functionality:

This is a screenshot of med pressing the edit button of an element. Notice the little dot on the left - nothing else happens and I can't edit the entry:

    Please help me fix this!?

Try overwrite all files in /plugins/mootools
This litlle dot on the left it seems like something wrong with css file in the backend theme. Try overwrite this theme too.
Or look into the source code of backend site (in your browser) and check mootools.js. Sometime it's happen like in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=787&p=2819

    Hi

Something went wrong with the sync, so I reuploaded. Now the collapsing works fine, but I still can't press the edit button - the dot still apprears. What file should I overwrite (backend theme, where is it located?)?

Hmm... strange. Can you check this out via Firebug and see what's happen with this button and this little dot. The point is: Is it the mootools or css issue?

    Overwrite all files. /system/themes/defaults/

You probably did this one, but make sure you flush your browser's cache and/or refresh the page with Ctrl + F5. There are often times weird display issues after an upgrade because the browser is using a cached style sheet from an old version.
