[solved] Members - adding an extra field

Hi everybody :-)

I have created a site with a member section and now I need to add a new field to the members table. I followed the guide on this page http://www.typolight.org/adding-custom-fields.html but it didn't work for me. It just shows a blank page when selecting "members" from the backend.

The new field should be named "Position". Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

Another thing:
I'm also using the module "Member listing". When members type in their website address like http://www.domain.com (without http://) it's not clickable in the front end listing. It would be nice if the http:// could be added automatically somehow. Is that possible?

Post the code you used...., also turn on error messages in Settings and post the error message
