fully booked display in list

is there a way i can show when an event is fully booked in the event list?

Nope. This function was only available later in a new Contao version. The new calendar_booking module will feature this, e.g. you can make custom template with booking free/max bar graphs in the event template. However, this module is very hard-coded customised and is not yet available for release.
