Installing 2.9.1 without "Safe Hack Mode"

Hello,

perhaps a silly question, but how do you install Contao 2.9.1 without using the Safe-Hack-Mode?
The installation scripts doesn't move on if I don't enter a valid FTP-login, but I only use SFTP.

Dont know if it works with 2.9.x, but you might give it a try:
