xtmembers_fieldeditor update error [SOLVED]

Genuine issue this time i swear XD.

installed the xtmembers_fieldeditor module (with its dependency), created the 'ID#' field... exported the file... allowed to edit content... go to put in an I.D. # for the field I just created via the member info editor... and this is what i get:

ID#*

Query error: Unknown column 'xt_id' in 'field list' (UPDATE tl_member SET xt_id='123' WHERE id='2')

any ideas why this error is occuring? thx!

Is your database updated after the install? (run contao/install.php to check)

it did do an update to the database after install... it's working now tho and I have no idea why =/. after I submitted the last post i shut down my local server and went home for the day... came back and now it works fine :?: whacky
